Fear not. The truth will prevail. He will not get away with it.

Halfscot,

Webster Hubbell is not out of the "woods" by any means. First, Starr will appeal and will probably get a ruling in his favor. Plus, he is contemplating other charges against Hubbell as well. I think that this is only a temporary "lull" for Hubbell. The Clinton appointed judge let politics and favoritism influence his decision. The results of this decsison is indicative of the way Clinton ran his state for years.

In Arkansas, the Clinton "modus operandi" was placing "his" people (often incompetent) in power, and then expect them to do the "dirty" work. The book "Boy Clinton" by Emmett Tyrrell paints a sad but consistent pattern of corruption which Clinton brought with him to the White House.

In my opinion, the main reason Linda Tripp was brought before the Grand Jury was tape verification. Supposedly, Starr has gone to great lengths to independently verify the tape contents. Her appearance before the GJ was a necessary part of that process.

Also, Drudge has reported that the public only knows about 5% of what Starr's Grand Jury has accumulated. There is much more to come before this is over. There is speculation that by the end of Feb. '99 Clinton will resign......keep your fingers crossed that it happens.

Darrell

KLAYMAN ON RAY BRIEM SHOW

Ray Briem show, KIEV 870, Glendale, CA
7-1-98 Doug from Upland

Larry Klayman told the Ray Briem audience in the Los Angeles area today that the White House is not just afraid of Linda Tripp's testimony regarding Monica Lewinsky, they are very afraid of what she can tell under oath regarding Filegate. She has seen FBI files loaded into the "Big Brother" computer in the White House which is paid for by taxpayers. The White House also pulled files, in violation of the privacy act, on Willey, Tripp and Lewinsky. In his deposition of the head of records and files at the White House, Terry Good, it was learned that Starr had never even interviewed him. Good was in charge of storing FBI files IN THE WHITE HOUSE because they had so many of them.

* There has been nothing like the Clintons since WW II. They have a ministry of propaganda that intimidates, threatens and smears witnesses. No one is safe if they are allowed to get away with it.
* According to Larry, filegate and chinagate are going to bring down this government and it will happen next year.
* Hubbell is not out of the woods. Starr can still gather damaging information from other sources to nail Hubbell. Lippo stuff can still get him but Starr needs to work harder. Clearly, he was involved in obstruction of justice and his pockets were lined. Starr should still be able to get him on bribery and perjury. This is only round one and he will be back.

* The release of St. Susan looks fishy and now removes pressure for her cooperation. She is not out of the woods. Be patient because this thing is a rollercoaster ride.
* This investigation can get on track if the Republicans are willing to investigate all of these high tech companies. They are afraid to embarrass their contibutors. We have a huge breach of national security.
* Noland Hill will testify at her own trial and will reveal her info about obstruction of justice and the sale of seats on commerce trips for campaign cash.
* The Ira Sokowitz story is particularly disturbing. He had worked for Mario Cuomo and got to know Clinton people in 1992. With no trade experience, he was given a job close to John Huang where he reviewed requests for high tech waivers. He secretly removed encryption documents and put them in a safe when he was transferred to SBA. Klayman has learned that he went on trade missions with Huang confidants and met with Loral, Chinese officials and others. Did he take this encryption information as well as three CIA reports and sell them? The only one investigating is Judicial Watch. Where is the justice department? Where is congress? Commerce has admitted that these documents would do harm to national security.
* Larry has received depth threats as have Starr, Tripp, Willey and many of those at Judicial Watch. Some people on his staff have been followed home. But attention slimy criminal White House -- HE IS NOT GOING TO QUIT!
* The dam is going to break. Remember, Nixon was not gone until August of his 6th year. But the goal is more than just Clinton. The goal is to weed out and remove all political corruption.
* We don't really have an opposition party because of its worry of mutually assured destruction.
* Larry will be on MSNBC from 830 to 900 Thursday night with John Gibson on THE BIG SHOW.
* A caller mentioned David Kendall. Larry said to ABSOLUTELY BELIEVE NOTHING OF WHAT IS SAID BY KENDALL!
* The lesson Larry hopes that our officials will learn is that free trade is fine buy DON'T SELL YOUR NATIONAL SECURITY TO A COMMUNIST POWER.
