Your comments reflect that you are either misinformed or intentionally misrepresenting the future of this stock. Product is due within 12 months. All releases from the company and licensees verify this. This would not have been a "disappointing" stock if you had been informed of what you were purchasing. Wouldn't you agree that the current price will be irrelevant when product appears since the dividends from royalties alone will send the price up AT LEAST 1000% from current levels---making a purchase even at the high of 16-7/8 look like peanuts. Add to the stock appreciation a LIFETIME of stock splits and dividends, I hardly think you will be complaining.

The infrastructure is finally in place see June 11 announcement from company. Product runs to start soon. You can get in now at the artificially low price (shorts and day traders are hitting this stock -- they are also hitting the boards to try and minimize the reality of REFR licensee's imminent product release.) Get informed and get on board. Contact company via phone or email and get an update.

I'm sure you will do so unless of course you are just one of the shorts who only want to deny the reality of product release within 12 months. If so you'll have no takers among the informed. The evidence is compelling and real.

Here is link to news article:

biz.yahoo.com

Also checkout the Yahoo message board. You will see that many of the "old myths" about this company have been addressed.

For instance the biggest misrepresentation is the "30 years -- no product" that is brought out every time the short sellers can't dispute the current evidence of impending commercialization. The REALITY is that since the ORIGINAL Edwin Land patent (1934) more advanced types of high-molecular-weight polymers have been developed. The CURRENT technology has been CULMINATION of an effort by REFR scientists to overcome technological roadblocks from the clumping of particles in an electrical field to the development of a film version (1992 - 4 years after REFR went public) in which droplets of the suspending liquid containing the particles are distributed in a cross-linked matrix. Getting licensees to commit to the expense of ramping up (including finding suppliers for the raw materials, purchasing equipment and hiring additional personnel ) also took many turns but IS NOW IN PLACE!!!

Anyone who bothers to just pick up the phone and call or send a email to the company is going to be richly rewarded. This company is at the end of a long and arduous task of bring SPD products to market and it's all GRAVY from here on out.

Here are the products that Hanglas will be selling. They handed out brochures at the SPIE outlining which products they would have. I understand that their intention is to have ORDER FORMS at the NEXT glass show they attend.

I'm surprised that as a 6 year shareholder you had NO idea of the imminent nature of commercialization. I'm sure you are VERY happy now that you held on.

Fred G:

Are you still around? I noticed that back in July you posted that you were a long term investor in REFR, but then you stopped posting after a very strong accusation that you were a short seller in the stock. You mentioned that you had been in the stock since 1992 and were still holding. I was wondering if you had any comments on the stock now.

Thanks,

Jon
