Ah Jenna...

I was an alternate to the 1972 Olympic Rowing Team, so while you are getting IN shape, I am just getting BACK in shape.

Besides I press 200 pounds every time I get out of bed. lol

Watch List for July 2..
Lots of stocks broke out from today and yesterday's watch lists. I have my list of about 75 internet stocks that I watch daily. The most notable among them of course are NSOL, NSCP and ELNK. I'd watch the sector again tomorrow. Look for gains in the smaller ones that haven't run up over 75 points. These from today and yesterdays list look strong: ERICY,MWY,PAYX,DH,SCH,KRB,CCL,USB

OFF TOPIC

Jenna (and others interested in improving their bodies), I just started a weight lifting program. I'm doing the Physique Transformation Challenge, sponsored by EAS (Environmental & Applied Sciences), also publishers of Muscle Media magazine.

It's a 12-week program, and involves (of course) supplements from EAS. It cost me about $850 for the 3 months of supplements, which is a little pricey but I'm now 5 weeks into the program and I must say the results are a little startling.

My chest, arms and legs are growing much faster than before (I've worked out sporadically for a couple years, generally no more than 2 months at a stretch). The supplements contain creatine (in addition to a bunch of other things), which helps build muscle mass and helps reduce lactic acid buildup (so you're not as sore after working out). It's a fascinating substance; I just read a book on it, _Creatine: Nature's Muscle Builder_ (available at Amazon, just bought it there to send to my brother).

So far I've taken my bench press from about 80 to about 150.

It also includes good documentation on sets, reps, weights, and form.

You can check them out at eas.com -- the last day to start the challenge is tomorrow, I just found out (while verifying the link), but even so they've got a lot of information there about sports supplements, current research, university testing, etc. I really like EAS, because they spend a lot of money on research in order to document exactly what it does, instead of hyping "flour" (i.e., inert) mixtures.

Enjoy,
KenB
