Jeff,

Thanks for all of the insight and information you share on this thread. I got into Smart earlier this year at 30.25, rode it to 36, held through earnings in January, bought more at 26.5 and 24 and change, and then watched the bottom drop out in May. I decided to sell most of my mistake, and have held on to a few shares to see what will happen over the next few months.

With that background in mind, I, like many others who were disappointed by SMOD, was feeling pretty bad about my poor judgment on this stock. Today, I feel a little bit better, because I saw the most recent quarterly review from the AIM Aggressive Growth Fund that shows that the fund was the proud holder of 360K shares of SMOD averaged at over $24. Take heart individual investors, this demonstrates that even the big boys can make huge mistakes also.

Let's all hope that this stock can recover its former glory. Best of luck to all SMOD longs.

JMaz

Jeff,
>These don't effect the stock.

I think you are talking about these 'class action' news.
Not having the US legal background (I am German) and little street experience, can you explain why it would not affect the stock ?

to me it would look like 'counter attracting' new buyers.

or is this all just lawyer crap, with no outcome but to keep lawyers and courts busy ? for me this looks like a 'lost case' from the very beginning.

Goetz.
