To everyone... Here is a piece of history I dug up. Its just FYI in case anyone was wondering...

The former company to trade under USXP was United States Exploration Inc. It was also an OTCBB stock. It stopped trading as USXP in October of 1997. The company managed to get listed on AMEX. They now trade under UXP.

This has been your history lesson for today...

As for my opinion on the R/S. I hated it, I'm down 65%. On the flip side though, I see one of two things that will happen. Either Richard Altomare will repeat the past and take my remaining 35% through more dilution, or we haven't given the man the credit he deserves. Maybe he really did the R/S as a last resort, for the company's benefit and not his own. Maybe he has put pressure on the phantom shorts. I don't know...

I do know this though... If the mother of all short squeezes does happen, it would prove to me that Richie has a pair of brass balls and has earned my respect as USXP's CEO.

I will be buying on dips to lower my cost basis...

Good trading to you all,

With all due respect, I would like you to know that I am pissed of with ra like a lot of us. However, not calling in our certs at this time and leaving them in the hands of the mm's who sold them to us is to me like cutting off my nose to spite my face. When you buy stocks , the brokers buy them from the mm's that are shorting them. If you ask for certs, the mm's have to deliver to your broker. If you don't, they will go on their merry ways of shorting it again and again. I know that rs has hurt a lot of people and created a complete distrust of usxp especially when you consider Lakers arguments which are very valid to me. So, I hope ra has learned from his last mistake of producing tons of shares after rs, which probably killed the value of the stock and he won't try it again now. Why not all of us call in the certs? At least let us try to unite again against the worst evil, which in my opinion are the mm's and not ra, mind you I said the worst evil.
