one possible scenario: one shorter may have a feeling DGIV will go up SOON/ so he broke rank and decided to cover (conveniently forgetting the "pact" he had made with other shorts). The price goes up; other shorts look around, wondering who is going to break next. Of course, TRUST is not a known concept among the shorts. Tomorrow and in the near future, more and more shorts will break down and cover, not wanting to be "surprised" by their colleagues. Nice world the shorts live in!!
