I think this is a fantasy about conspiracies against INTC. This
delusion has cost us a lot of money.

TK has said it clearly - stay away from this stock. I doubt any
MM is secretly building a big position in INTC at this time.

What riles me is that management allowed the
company to get into such a soup.

There have been so few (none at all?) proactive decisions recently.
I think this great company deserves better leadership.
