RCM, Smith Barney was one of the forces shorting Vivus from 15 down to 8. I assume they have now covered and are accumulating a long position. Vivus is way overmanipulated and undervalued IMO. I am guilty of having terrible timing in this game.

rcmac.....that's why I bought another couple of thousand shares today at 6 1/16.........hold for the future.....too many people are short term focused.... The July 9th conf call should help clarify how Vivus is now going to move foward with the additional plant capacity, the status of the existing plant run by Paco, USA marketing re-direction and the future plant in Ireland expected to be completed late 1999.. .future product improvements wih ALIBRA and they may comment on additional products being worked on.. At $6.00 this is dirt cheap..........
