Not really to Jeff,The new number of shares O/S is said to be 1-1.5 million.There was recently a financing deal done (borrowed $10 million) that is supposed to be repaid with a max. of 4 million shares.Where are those coming from? Any input?BTW,it sure has got tough here wading through all the bickering & the other B word.Looking for some pertinent info & there are hundreds of posts with just BS. Knock it off,and let's get back to business.This is too time consuming. Regards to all. Hootermonger
