talked to sheppard today 1)aquisition of idb...cant comment, look for press release 2)siemens equipment....we bought it(someone on the thread brought up that it might have been a joint venture, the technology is but fntn bought the equipment) 3)intranet site....look for in next thirty days 4)revenues...so far have been from voice part of business, but do have clients ready once intranet is launched 5)total shares....16 mil and change my fav part is the clients waiting for launch, show me the $$$ samir

NUMBER OF SHARES REPORTED HELD: 4,997,350 FROM HARRY: I was UNAWARE that a number of you folks were taking the Tomato/Share count so seriously. I am almost inundated with e-mail from people, including some who have never reported their shares, that they were watching the counting carefully, while making adjustments of their own to find a good buy point, after the stock settles. So I gave in and went back over all my postings and e-mails with a large size calculator in hand and, making adjustments for all double reportings, have come up with the number where I think we stand now. I would also like to point out about some things that are happening: 1. Month end MM phenomenon (month may be ending on Friday)where they try to suddenly drop the price to show on their books that they made a profit on their SHORT SALES. I posted a insider professional letter from a MM a month ago. 2. The stock has been largely all bought out and MMs are trying to build inventory by shaking the tree loose of weak holders. Did you feel weak today? It was an intended effect to cause you to sell or start trading for pennies of profit.... 3. Be aware of possible MM manipulation of this thread as they try to cover their short positions. ---------not added to total Still holding 2000.
