Few differences from April's spike:

1. Since April NSCP is in accummulation at about 20 mil. shares a week average. Before April ave. was only about 10 mil. shares.

2. April's spike happened within the downward trend channel dating back to January 96. During which NSCP tried to break the trend 4-5 times about every 6 months. This spike burst right thru the downward channel's upper boundary.

3. NSCP is better positioned to be a portal now and I think smart money has been accumulating NSCP heavyly since April.

4. April's spike ended just below 30 WK MA. This one is well above it.

I think the chart looks much better compared to April.
