That's an extremely common view of people in sales...that the customer is here to serve and not to be served. If all the customers take their business elsewhere, you're out of business. The customer is always right...can the customer ever be wrong but the business owner right if no customers show up and the business fails? NO! How can a business owner argue that although his business failed, he was right but the customer was too stupid to see he was right?!

<<people who keep using brackets>> instead of just "replying" we can figure out who you are replying to with one click and also those who make a very long runon sentence out of what should be a simple 5 or 6 word statement which is not a sentence explaining what your pet peeve is in a succinct manner that does not take up a person's valuable TIME! :) Also, people who use ":)" all the time.
