I certainly disagree with all the gloom and doom. OF course the report for FEB-APR looks bad, did you expect any different?

That's info from up to 5 months ago. They didn't really have any decent contracs back then...you guys knew that!

What I look at is the CURRENT quarter and whether thsy are making progress...and they certainly are making huge progess. Look at the contracts and news releases from last quarter to this one.... we know for a fact that just one of the PROFAC contracts is for more than the revenue they made in all of last quarter.

Revenue could triple from last quarter to this one rather easily.

It takes time to build infrastructure in this business. Then all of a suddent things begin happening. Revenues don;t come overnight or even in a few months, but when they get into the marketing phase after building a solid infrastructure with good products, things begin to really go. Some of you think that because you have held for a few months that the company should be a huge revenue producer already. That is what I don;t understand. I am disappointed in that kind of thinking among some of you.

It really takes time!

Again you are looking at OLD news from an OLD quarter.

I do think they have a mess with the convertibles...no question...it encourages shorting, but I also think the stock is NOT overvalued here at all. I think the progress is excellent and the potential is big. But the shares structure is a mess....no hiding it. Hopefully most of it is behind us.

Hey, at least they are reporting and not hiding all of this.

As far as the Road Show goes, I again think it is very wise to postpone it...they are not cancelling it, but postponing it at a time when 70% of all brokers take their vacation. Also a time when most company execs take their vacations as well. This is the summer doldrums people...kind of a stupid time to promote your company when no one is around, don;t you think? Maybe they should have realized that before, but better late than never.

I have a feeling a lot of you have never really read either a prospectus of 10SB before... a lot of it sounds more scary than it is. It takes time to build up a company and sorry you guys don't realize that.

PS--- I am going to see if I can find any early info on TAVA and some of the other companies mentioned. When their stock prices were under $2.00 as I recall, they looked worse than TPI.

I know lots of you are throwing in the towel, but I hope some will remember all the incredible progress they have made in the last few weeks. Revenue will at least triple this quarter, IMO.

And I am talking about the CURRENT QUARTER.....I am not worried about FEB-APR....that's old news

Jeff, after looking over the 10Q I don't see how it looks that much different than the year end except revenues are higher.

Most contract news and Bemer news came out after this report period. I own a lot of Alydaar as do you. How is TPII and its financial situation different than Alydaar's a year ago. REg S shares etc. Same ype of disclaimer although maybe not as severe could have been seen on Alydaar's outlook. Without Reg S, Alydaar would have been in trouble. Convertible shares, Reg S shares, to me it is a way a small company gets much needed capital..

Many investors look at this thread and trade basis what they read. Unfortunate but true. I believe people need to look for themselves. Stock has been and still is risky. I believe they need Vertex 2000 to substantially breakout.

Lastly, very few Y2K firms seem to be doing well right now. Premise is that many companies are waiting too long. Question is, are they? Can they fix it themselves. Is Gartner group correct? Is Yardini's outlook overblown?

If they are right, then look out in 1999. If they are wrong, then I lose big. Que sera sera.
