The article wasn't offending, It is nice to know how the SEC views investing in OTC:BB Stocks. But I was disappointed that they only discussed the public's buying of stock as the problem. There are some problems with the way short selling MM's, and CEO's and companies deal with the investment public. Frankly I would like to see a pie chart of who ends up with the investment dollars of the new investors in the OTC:BB. The graph would probably show that the MM's end up with a larger piece of the pie than any person or group hyping a stock. It could remind you of a casino if you think about it. IE The house always wins!!

thanks for the link paul, it provides a very good post to copy and save. i'm long on dgiv and feel quite comfortable with my investment. we do not get offended by reasonable posts of good information. on the contrary, we welcome the information. what we do get offended by is unsubstantiated public accusations, such as your charge that dgiv is a scam. that becomes part of a public record that people react to. be responsibe, you will be held accountable. cheers.
