I use Bullsession real-time ( bullsession.com ) which is cheap and much improved with their new beta version. However, you can keep a portfolio on Yahoo that will show the news for each stock in your portfolio. Still delayed, but a convenient way to check for news.

I belive this quotron site does this and much more. It has steaming quotes, news and market data. But it is for heavy duty traders as it is $175 per month. This data is equivalent to what traders get for $700 per month so it is a good value if your willing to spend that much.
