I don't know if next week's aquistion is built into the price. There are people out there who will find out about the aquistion via the press release and buy into the stock.

I am not in this stock. i have been reading the tread thinking about getting in. i suggest you guys read the jsub thread. it died! only problem is that i became involved in jsub before i got on this website. go to e*trade or whatever and read all the news releases on jsub. they are buying up small chains in calif, oregon, etc and just opened a store in osaka, japan yestereday and something about opening one in florida. this had done nothing except bring the price of the stock further down. they are using shares for cash and are probably issuing more shares. i got stuck with some 4 and have been stuck for a year now. it is trading 2 to 2 1/4 and when it dropped down to 1 3/4 i bought some more thinking it would come back to 2 or 2 1/4. well i finally went to the sec and read the filings on jsub. scared the heck out of me. i was very glad to get my 1 3/4 back and just lost $39.90 on the in and out commission with etrade. still sitting on the 4$ chunk though.

why am i writing all this stuff? basically, i am sure there are some dreamers on here besides myself and i just want to caution folks about buying into something based on an acquisition. jsub has been doing it and the stock continues to go down. jsub did a paid advertisement in moneyworld and when you read it you really have to hold yourself back to keep from buying in. i wasn't able 2.

i sure hope i don't have to ride jsub down to 35 cents a share!

sorry to take up so much space on here...
