SUNNYVALE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 1, 1998--Integrated Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:INTS), today announced that David St. Charles, president and CEO, has decided to leave the company.

He will continue in his current role over the next several months until the new president and CEO is appointed.

"We are very thankful to David for positioning Integrated Systems as the leader in the embedded software market," said Naren Gupta, chairman of the board of integrated systems. "In the five years David has been the company's president, annual revenues have grown from $32M to over $120M.
