One of these days, I'll cash out and retire :) If I come off as smug, well then I apologize. I have a reason to be. BTW, their isn't going to be a web real-estate bust - consolidation, yes, but not a bust. The great thing about the web is that anyone can build a space, improve a space, or take over one.

What is the latest estimate on # of people connected to the net? 40-60 million, give or take...and continuing to grow. PC prices continue to fall, sub $500 is already here. A whole new market of newbies....and which internet company is the kingpin of marketing - hint, it ain't MSFT! Speaking of which, there was a good article at news.com on "What happened to MSN?" Won't be surprised if they fold that operation or sell it off within a year, and concentrate on their Start portal.
