When a service deserves it YES! US is shifting more towards a customer/service economy. Satisfied customers will matter more and more for businesses. AT&T does not deserve a break in my book by raising phone rates without any notice expecting most people not checking their minute rates. The only break they will get will from their own attitude. Those $100 checks with begging letters are not convincing some people anymore.

PS: Are you an AT&T employee or something?
