I agree that the estimates can be revised upward as easily as downward. As Japan takes steps to pull out of their recession, as OPEC cuts production, as unrest begins to stir in the Middle East again, and as the normal cycles of oil demand and production run their course, we may be seeing the bottom in the E&P and Services stocks (lets hope those aren't my famous last words). IMHO there are many more factors that can influence the price of oil upward than downward at this time. Hoping we have turned the corner. . .
