Good points Dave and come to think of it, one with such a small value of convertable against the float, one would not want to short too high a percentage in case a major news release comes out before converting and blows your whole plan. Guess these are more dangerous when they are large enough that the owner can keep throwing stock at the market no matter how good the news might be. At $500,000 there is a limit of how much some one would be willing to keep shorting.
