Ralph,

Like you I am confident that TASA is about to make a run up the hill as we get closer to the Brake Business School (DBS) acquisition closing date. If management holds true to its plan another merger could be announced soon thereby supporting a higher stock price. TASA should be trading between $1.50 - $1.75 now based on its prospects i.e. acquisition, increased revenue, profitability, etc.

Hoping ts see a trading range of $1.75 - $2.00 after the acquisition is complete.
