Ok, I understand your reasoning process but I can't for the life of me see why the feds would pick on this when there are such bigger fish to fry.

Marc, it is becoming even more clear that nobody following the stocks is believing that the merger will happen. The spread is becoming so wide that it might be worth risking some money in the event that it does go through. Any thoughts on that or should we just not fight people who may have some inside knowledge?
