I just want to add my agreement with Bob and Bill's thoughts about not trying to time the market. Studies have shown that the average mutual fund investor gets about 7% less return that the average fund return, because they buy high and sell low. You've got to be well above average (or lucky) to even break even on market timing. If we're going to talk about investing in ODIS then the appropriate timeframe is at least 5 years. Month-by-month or quarter-by-quarter is just speculation.
