Just got off the phone with Scott Peyron. I mentioned my concerns regarding no answer on the telephone, as well as the delayed filing of the 10K. He stated "EDIS closed the offices for several days for the holiday." He also stated "there is positive material that occurred at the end of the year that needed to be shown in the 10K, and he will be meeting with EDIS today in regards to a news release on this matter" He also said either he or Ken Danchuk would call me back today with more detailed up to date information. (Lets see how good they really follow up) Still thinking these are good buys at these prices. I am depressed about the current price, but I am invested far beyond the point of giving up on this stock, if they can pull it off, I believe we all will be happy, and profitable. Will post at the end of today as to whether they call me back. ladyluck
