In that time they either must fix the two incomplete functionalities, find more money or they are out of business. Key things are: 1. Rogers will stay with the technical end. Hopefully, he knows how to fix the problems if he is not distracted with management problems. 2. Board of directors kicked in 500,000 of their own. They still have confidence. 3. Press release does not say if missing functionalities are hardware or software. 4. Who will be new CEO is unclear but very important. 5. Retention of key core people is essential. Hate to say it, but it does not look good. I expect the stock to drop further. So, our fears were facts to some people. Message 416 (video_hal) Jul 2 1998 10:02AM EDT its interesting that the engineers they let go were the ones working on new products, fcc/ul and they were all from the area. I'm sure they will have no problem finding work as they were all very good. none of the va folks were let go. the senior mgt were from va with the reduction as it was I see it very hard for them to qualify for iso 9000, babt etc..they let the guy go who has a major role to play. they have a co meeting this morning, but from what i hear the place is in shock and disbelieve
