Well, it's official. Our graphics guy finally and totally gave up on Jaz. Today our studio ordered two more Yamaha CDRW 4260tx CD-RW drives, just like the one we got last week. The graphics guy bought a Jaz early on, and bought 6 or 7 jaz discs throughout that first year. But he hasn't needed to buy another disc since. He has hated it and was sick of losing files, so yesterday he insisted he get a CD-RW drive just like the one we got in the Sound studio last week. It's now on the way! We have already burned probably 30 or 40 CD-R's since we've have this new drive, without a single coaster being made. Our HTML/Shockwave guy backed up his entire 6 Gig hard drive (it's failing) 2 days ago onto CD-R's. The cost to do this is laughable.

I think I'll drop by J&R Computer today to get more 10-packs of 650MB TDK CD-R's at a rebate cost of 0.49› apiece!
