Vic (off topic)
OKC just built a new baseball park debt free and are in the process of building a new arena (20,000) debt free. Both facilities are state of the art. The baseball park only sits 15,000, but is a real throw back to the turn of the ballparks of yesterday. It is beautiful. However it is built to handle minor league and college ball only. The recent OU v OSU baseball series drew over 50,000 fans. That is unheard of in college baseball.
The new arena is being built with the hope of attracting something bigger someday. All of this is going on in downtown area which has really come to life in recent years with the development of the Bricktown area. OKC is also building a river walk through that area that has been totally funded, that will be flanked by several new hotels included a new Westin.
Bottom line we Okies are on the move!

This has been a paid public message by the OKC Greater Chamber of Commerce. ggg

PSS That looks like great news from FTEL today. I am MORE than ready for a move UP!
