Larry, Yes, I saw that reference to Signed Sealed Delivered, and that certainly is a possibility also. In that case, there is no way of knowing who it is. I would prefer a suitor with a big name and deep pockets. The question now seems to be, will Ancor accept an offer if it is made. My feeling is that they will accept it if they don't have an OEM in the works. If they think they can survive, and deliver an OEM, then I think they will reject it. I'd sure like to see a buyout offer in the 12 range. That way, my IRA shares would be finally be profitable. OUCH! Craig
