final turnup due August 1, 1998. Over the
last 6 months MegsINet, Inc. has been
installing a private nationwide DS3 (45
mps) Network. We have opened full
peering sessions at the ameritech Nap and
Mae-east. We will be installing the
Pensauken New Jersey - Sprint
International Nap During July. The DS3
circuits from Chicago to Denver and
Denver to San Francisco Are scheduled for
Final turn up August 1, 1998.

Elk, I think my 400% increase forecast is WAY too conservative! In regards to Ed's question, based on recent conversation with Helen, it
is my belief that the connection between Megsinet and LDnet is that
some of the principals may be involved in both companies. No formal partnership that I know of. Of course things are happening and changing all the time.

LDnet looks like another great acquisition!
