David, the only negative about playing straddles on these volatile trading sardines is the cost of the premium. They reflect the volatility and then some. I still prefer to pick a direction as you have a better chance of overwhelming that premium monkey on your back. Or, do a "market neutral" type trade, with a call on one and a put on another. But either way, if you don't use my 90/10 system, use some sort of discipline. These stocks sometimes bounce around and then regress or progress to the mean before expiration to cause the maximum amount of pain.

I just checked the prices on the options for NSCP, they are out of sight. There just doesn't seem to be a reasonable entry point.<g>...not that it is a reasonable investment anyway.<vbg>

Any ideas?
