I don't see ANY News on any stock for July 2 on Yahoo Finance, that's impossible, so there could be news out and we don't know it?

I don't really need a truthful answer, just any answer will do. I can ascertain the truth for myself. I just want to know where the data came from to make the statement that there was a trade for 168k at 3:09PM yesterday. That seems like a simple enough question for Analyst10, don't you think? I just want to get to the bottom of this, and maybe learn something.
