Nevin: Management confident about long term prospects. You know the near term story. Said downturn will last longer than originally prdedicted and may not recover much before middle of CY 1999. In current quarter, bookings have been slow. Inventory being reduced this quarter with systems built on spec. being shipped. BTB .37. 72% backlog CMP, 60% Auriga C.. Geographical backlog breakdown: 60% US; 28% Asia; 12% Europe. They have received orders. Their goal near term is to break even. Their break even is $37m in revenues per quarter. They see cash burn at $12m going forward per quarter. BV is about $18.11. They have $141m in cash and short term investments or $8.85 per share. Dataquest puts them with 21% market share in 1997; SFAM projecting 23-25% market share 1998. Company working with other equipment companies on Cu development.
