If you own stock and can trade out of it, you should, and never look back.

Mr. Pickens, Why would somebody believe this coming from you? Why are you telling people to sell?? If you are telling people to sell I would be very careful, as I beleive that it is against the law. Anybody selling on YOUR recommendation may have recourse against you if they lose money. Just one persons opinion.

Edit: Are you in the oil business? Are you associated with the infamous Pickens family from Texas??

Are associated in anyway with the pickens in Texas? Why are so positive Dan got away with money when stop transfer and all have been put on the accounts? How can advise a sell opinion when what you are saying violates SEC? Also how can you say Dan got away with violations of SEC Rule 144?

I confused your motive and intent???

Please clarify your opinion and the basis by which you make it.

A portion of the Series A Preferred Stock and Series A Warrants taken by Mr. Fisher and his affiliated entities were apparently sold through Merrill Lynch at 15303 Dallas Parkway, Dallas, TX, and a portion of these shares and warrants may also have been sold through an offshore securities account. Midland has obtained the commitment of the off-shore brokerage to interplead the stock and/or the proceeds from the sale by Mr. Fisher of that stock into a court in
the Bahamas so that the liquidating trust and Mr. Fisher may establish
to the satisfaction of that court their respective legal entitlements
to the stock and sales proceeds.

Hmmm this is contradicts your posts. Do you have information we should know about?

ROFLMAO....Talk about a day late and a dollar short!

Just so you will know for future reference, the most effective time to naysay a stock is before it tanks, not afterwards.

Now, with that said, I have a few questions for you:

1) Who are you?
2) Where do you get your information?
3) Considering the news releases this week, what makes you think that
there is no chance of recovery?
4) If you know so much about this company and the ethics (or lack
thereof) of the former CEO, where were you a few weeks ago, and
why weren't you willing to share your info here at that time?

Just wondering!

:-)
