Steve, it's clear to me. Megsinet is an ISP provider and or backbone.

"LDNet uses Franklin IP
gateways to convert the analog voice calls to IP that then rides on MegsINET Cisco ATM network."

I think this is where the cisco "confusion" comes from. The ISP network uses Cisco routers etc. LDnet uses Franklin IP gateways
ON THIS same ISP NETWORK

There seemed to be some confusion about this issue yesterday.
