Yeah, micro-cap meltdown. Look at the micro-cap index for the last 3 years. They have posted losses! I have a few winners including Fledgling picks, but over all, I have seen much better conditions for these stocks before 1995.
Also, look at the Russell 2000 compared to the Dow or the S&P 500 over the last 3 years. I suppose you are going to tell me that the Russell has been better because you had some good picks??????
