SLHO Deal. IMHO, it creates an opportunity for those that want to manipulate the price of SLHO stock over the next few weeks. Anytime you see a conversion dependent on the share price, you will get a tug of war between the shorters and the longs. Usually these things turn out bad, with more shares issued that first thought. It seems to me that most decent upfront deals like this fix the price, and then the stock follows that price. The fact that SLHO was doing this has been known for a while.
