May be good, but likely at the bottom of the food chain.

I think a good strategy now is to sell, establish your loss and put the proceeds in the quality stocks of the sector that will move first. Then if you want to at a later stage, you can sell the one that has moved up and buy the second tier laggards and hope they move. In a nervous market like we have today, these second tier companies will give second class returns...IMO
