Short shares might be called back in,a broker informed me today.This was his response , when asked if his firm had stock to lend, we're not lending, but rather may call short shares back.My impression is that his firm was a big lender in the past, that is why I inquired. I have no idea what this means, as I don't short stocks.Maybe someone more experienced like yourself knows.
