Joe .I am not sure but assuming mink had not payed there share of exploration costs they would most likely be the ones in default not Ashton,as george stated every thing of value that is found goes to the Ahton Mink side ,51% ASHTON maybe 10%or 20% MALI GOV.39 or 29% MINK .IT appears on the surface if anything is found Mink becomes the minority shareholder.IT was my understanding after Georgie posted his Explanation that the only thing that was certain was that MINKS 49% of nothing And if something of value was found the agreements still needed to be neg, Regards Jim

I can only assume that no response from all the questions posed to me by shareholders,to possibly answered by Georgie or another Company Rep. Our worst fears may be true.We may be flat busted and are heading towards bankruptcy or possibly a Ten for one roll back. Regards Jim
