A) I don't care if minorities are turned down for jobs they "may" deserve under a "merit" system (nobody said anything about life being a merit system). If a company chooses to hire only caucasians...eventually they will have a problem. That problem is a vastly diminished pool of viable candidates. Rather than hiring the best, they will always hire second best. Remember...in 10 years time, caucasians will only be a plurality...Hispanics will be upwards of 15% of pop...and blacks will be larger (not sure of the figure). B) Guess your time did come. Didn't know small mouth bass had any rights besides that to be caught and fried in a skittle. Lesson should be learned....it'll be worse next time.
