So after buying the 64 input version you decided that it worked better and solved faster if you went the Eigenvalue/Eigenvector route to pare down to 5 inputs? I know I studied Eigenvalues/Eigenvectors years ago, but couldn't find them in my linear algebra text. They were only covered a little in both classical analysis and circuit analysis, but it was enough for me to realize how much math I've forgotten over the years. I guess the only hope for me is to buy a program like DDR that does it for me. <G>

Have you tried any of the other products from Jurik? Also it sounds like I will need to get some other program that will create a lot of other indicators such as the ones you describe. What other programs are you using?

Carl

II see that Profit has a new version. (Build 215) This version may fix most of my complaints. I think they are giving a discount because we are essentially "Beta" testers. Still don't like the built in copy protection though.

Now to start my list of questions:

1. (of 1000;) Have you had any luck in trading the models? Do they help you make real money?

2. I see trading results of 80% on some web pages. I think that must be due to "after the fact curve fitting". How much success is reasonable to expect?

3. I have Quotes Plus as my data source. They have limited fundamental data. What are good data sources to supplement my current ones?

4. Can you recommend any good books?

Thanks ahead of time.

Best Wishes,

Bob
