*AV*--Okay, here is the deal with MIPS.

1. DMG is major underwriter for this stock.
2. Frank Cuantrano is top notch Investment Banker at DMG involved in the deal.
3. DMG catches wind that Frank is going to leave and jump ship to CS First Boston.
4. CSFB reportedly is paying a king's ransom to Frank and considers it a major coup for CSFB and a terrible blow for DMG.
5. DMG completes the deal for MIPS but Frank will no longer be at DMG.
6. DMG may be walking away from the MIPS deal (theory) since their point man (Frank) is no longer at DMG. We won't know until the 30 day quiet period is up.
7. DMG may not be supporting the stock since Frank has left and they have lost interest.
8. CSFB will be supporting the stock to a flaw over the next month and may make extraordinary efforts to drive the stock up (heavy promotion) to make Frank look real good at the end of the quiet period.
9. CSFB is almost forced to support MIPS in order to make Frank look good and to justify the price paid to acquire him.

Okay fans, this is how it is and the floor is open for comments and discussions. I will add one other item. If you go to dailystocks.com and pull up MIPS and then pull up the news stories, you will see a parallel comparison made to ARMHY and the way ARMHY took off. This should get the herd moving towards MIPS as soon as this sinks in. This will probably negate the 5/28 report concerning Atrx (I think) taking some business away from MIPS at Nintendo.

My suggestion is to read all the news releases and to link over to other stories that are linked in the original stories.

I think we may have a nice Summer play here for those that are interested. Good Luck and Good Reading.
