The stock needs to go through a normal bottoming behavior which may include retests of the bottom etc. This is normal. But long term, credible sources such as Lehman Bros. have pegged the rock bottom value at $5 minimum, my guess is that the foundry investments alone could be worth $10/share. So, I think buying anywhere in the recent range is great for the medium to longer term 6-12 months.
