BTW, anyone doubting the value of press releases in this wacky market (and being in the right sector at the right time) should take a quick peek at DoubleClick's (DCLK) activity yesterday and today. Disclosure: No, I don't own any. :-( They released a fairly pompous press release Tuesday night claiming to have the third biggest Internet "reach" (whatever the heck that is) behind AOL and Yahoo. The stock took off. Soon a buying frenzy ensued and then the short squeeze was on! Results? The stock lept from 41 to 70 in less than a day. Right now, it's up 5 today to 65. Could this happen to TDFX? Probably not while the Semi sector is so out of favor, but that will change eventually... Chip
