Hello Margaret. Just taking a quick break to peak at our thread. We are watching the World Cup Soccer and I just missed a goal I think. I can hear it down here.

I guess you read and saw in the meantime that V.County is being evacuated. This is getting pretty bad down there. We are going to O.C. Md. the week after next and I told my daughter in Ocala to get out of there for a while and come to O.C. with us. She is thinking about it. She went the other day and looked at some of the damage. I 95 in your area is being closed I heard.

Yes, Intel did not have a good day yesterday. We are being tested. I guess all the chips had a bad day due to Intel doing some temporary closures of their plants in Oregon. I think they are planning to do this in lots of areas now. At least they not closing anything having to do with their new productions. I guess employees would like that extra vacation if they would get paid for it. But this is probably better than losing jobs. I had heard that Intel was going to do some serious restructuring, if you can call it that. It looks like the whole chip industry will have to tighten their belts.

But I believe that Intel is still the strongest of them all and will come out of this as a winner. At least we are getting cheaper computers out of this.

I hope that things will get better soon in FLA and that lots of rain will come to the rescue.

Thanks about info on PFE. State Medicare will have to pay for Viagra now as long as it is not being abused. I guess they decided to call it a medical condition after all. That alone should help the stock go forward again. It moved a tiny bit yesterday.

Amzn, Netscape, Wcom and WLA among others have kept me in the black lately. Sonki thinks I should be able to join the billionaires club with my Amzn. Yeah, right. I did not buy enough. gg. Bought it before it split at 90 and rode it after the split up to 80 and sold. I got back in around 95. But this time with only 100 shares. But I did buy 300 shares of Netscape a couple of days ago. That was a nice move in 2 days. I could have made out in options. But I don't play them. I would be too worried with options in those stocks anyway.

Back to my Soccer game. I will have to answer the rest of the posts later tonight. Nice to have a break from the market today.

Sonny
