This is the news that will push Sepracor back up. I don't post much here but if this drug is as good as promised it won't take long to gain market share. I'm confident of this because of what I've witnessed over the years as an RRT. Whenever a new bronchodilator has hit the market with less side affects than the old and at lower dosages it is readily accepted. Been there done that. Please don't worry about managed care because the use of a drug like this is physician driven. If they want it for their patients its going to be ordered and will be used. The only thing that could derail it would be a different drug with superior strength and less side affects and I haven't heard of any in the journals.
