The Orbcomm stuff happened like what I (guessed) said early this week. It's bad for us.

This should be really bad for Orbi in the short run. I think the next good news is the launch in Mid-july.

But even after the launch I think the business plan of Orbcomm will be questioned. If Orbcomm could not make it this week (at the IPO) will Orbital backing, I have serious reservation of Orbcomm (at least in the short term)

Thanks, I saw the news as well. They might as well wait until Orbcomm starts full operation and start generating some decent revenue and profit,at least this way they could fetch a pretty penny when going public. The problem now seems to be that potential investors look at the 'numbers' and all they can see is red with hardly any revenue and full service some distance away in the future and this is not good when potential investors evaluate the IPO and hence the lack of interest or the inability to raise desired funds or both.
