Roger,

I totally agree with you that we need to stick to sth that we are expert at. I am comfortable longing the likes of MSFT, DELL, CSCO and think that they have potential to go up for more and I have had great returns by longing these issues. And if you have great success in shorting issues, stick to your theory.

I ONLY DISAGREE with you on issues like AOL, YHOO!, and AMZN. I think that the first two have great potential to go up higher, while the latter is definitely a bubble. However, I don't think it a great idea shorting these issues, including AMZN right now. The wild swing is heaven to daytraders, but not for investors. And I don't see how shorters can make $$ on these issues now.
