You are correct, and I stand corrected! I hadn't considered that particular area, but look at it as a 'finite' area (at least in the 'exchange' seats, unless there is a continuous increase in the number of seats ).

I would be curious as to why 12% of the total IT spending required a 35% outside service support! I don't know what the 'supporters' would do, unless it was 'contract' labor to perform the 'prime' function of the company. A lot of companies are going that way to save on benefit packages, and that 35% number might be 'misleading'. I don't know.
